Yes. ThroughDHL On Demand Delivery (ODD), you can modify your shipping address, reschedule your delivery date, or request "Hold for Collection" at a DHL ServicePoint while the package is still in transit. Simply use the tracking link sent to your email to manage these preferences directly via the DHL portal.
Our partnership utilizes DHL Express Worldwide. For standard inventory, delivery usually takes 3-5 business days for Asia and Oceania, and 5-7 business days for Europe and North America. Custom-motif orders will ship within the timeframe established during your production consultation, followed by the same Express transit window.
Every BAS piece undergoes a rigorous triple-layer packing process. We use museum-grade archival tissue, followed by a shock-absorbent velvet pouch and a reinforced double-walled outer carton. For institutional orders of 100+ pieces, we employ DHL’s specialized crating solutions to ensure zero-impact transit.
Orders are shipped on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis unless otherwise specified. This means the recipient is responsible for any local import duties or taxes levied by their country's customs authority. DHL will contact you directly via SMS or email to facilitate the payment of these charges to ensure prompt delivery.
For eligible returns within our 30-day window, our concierge will issue a digitalDHL Return Waybill. You can choose to schedule a courier pickup at your home or office, or drop the package at any of DHL’s global ServicePoints. All returns are tracked end-to-end for your peace of mind.
